Silky Warranty

Silky products are covered by a limited life-time warranty against defects in material and workmanship.  This warranty is limited to repair or replacement upon return of item to Sherrill, Inc. 200 Seneca Rd, Greensboro, NC 27406.  Items which prove to be defective in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Sherrill, Inc. This warranty does not cover replacement or repair due to misuse, abuse, mishandling, shipping damage, or normal wear and tear and is applicable for NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY.  All returns to Sherrill, Inc. must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number obtained by calling 1-866-345-2468.
