How To Return An Item
If you are not completely satisfied with a product, contact us for an RA# within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. On some products a manufacturer's warranty may apply.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Shipping charges for like items will be waived in the lower 48 states.
If goods arrived damaged please keep the box(es) and all packing materials. Damage claims must be filed within 2 weeks of delivery so please check your order for damage when it arrives. In most cases we will reship damaged products immediately.
